We strive to make our school a learner friendly place. Our teachers are involved with ongoing professional development and this helps to keep them well informed about curriculum and how to implement strategies that will achieve excellence.
All students are cared for and encouraged to be motivated and successful. We encourage short term goal setting with school, student and parents.
We thrive on good communication all round. Maihiihi School welcomes all parents and whanau to take part in their children's learning, whether it is in the classroom, playground and sports field or beyond.
