The school office is attended from 8.15am - 2.30pm Monday - Thursday and from 8.15am - 12.30pm Friday.
When the office is not attended, an answer machine takes messages which are cleared regularly throughout the day.
We encourage you to ring within the office hours as messages are not always cleared immediately, particularly if it concerns after school arrangements.
On Fridays we have a sausage sizzle. Students can purchase sausages in bread, Moosies and Juicies for $2 each.
These must be pre-ordered on a Friday morning at the school office.
We are part of the Government Donation Scheme. We will only ask for a donation to help cover the costs of our annual camps and adventure week activities.
Maihiihi School has a compulsory school uniform. The uniform consists of a gold and black polo shirt with the school logo, a gold and black polar fleece with the school logo, black shorts/skirt/leggings etc.
There are no rules in place, at this time, regarding footwear at Maihiihi School.
Maihiihi School polo shirts and polar fleeces can be purchased at the school office.
Maihiihi School hats are compulsory in Term 1 and Term 4; these can be purchased at the school office.
All lost property is collected and displayed on a regular basis so that children can claim what belongs to them. Unclaimed items are donated to charity.
Parents are asked to name all their children's items so we can reduce the amount of unclaimed gear.
Stationery lists will be sent home at the end or beginning of the school year or when students begin at Maihiihi School.
If you prefer as easier option you can also order stationery online at the Office May My School website.
Maihiihi School does not sell stationery.
